Intermediate day onion, grows almost anywhere. Old fashioned French variety, these are one of the sweetest onions to grow. Large globes with light brown skin are ultra-mild and the crunchy, white flesh is delicious either raw or cooked. Sow seeds in flats in early spring or late winter. Place seeds 1/4" deep in potting mix. After emergence, trim tops off until plants become strong and established. Transplant outside with a six inch spacing. Harvest when onions become desired size. For mature onions, harvest when tops fall and place in direct sun until cured. Store in a cool, dry, dark place.
Approx. 100 seeds.

Received the seed in great packaging. The company thought I was short some seeds so instead of waiting for me to count the seeds they just sent the extras and included a hand written note explaining what they did. I will be using them for a very long time!
