Here’s an Old Italian heirloom introduced in 1890. It’s marvelous for spring and fall gardens. Non-uniform maturity produces continuous tender side shoots encouraged by cutting the main head. More productive than many hybrids. Freezes well. For best results, sow seeds indoors in flats 4-6 weeks before transplanting to garden 15-18” apart. Keep watered during dry spells.
Approx. 130 seeds
